* Confirmed reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 50%
of the total amount of the services. The balance must be paid at least 15 days before arrival.

* Payment can be made by bank transfer – copy of the transfer to send us by email.

CUSTOMER BANK CHARGES.

* All cancellations must be made by email.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation, the penalty fee will be :

• D-plus 30: 25% of the invoice.

• D-30-21: 35% of the invoice.

• D-20-15: 50% of the invoice.

• D-14-10: 75% of the invoice.

• D-10: no refund.

However, 3R VOYAGES will do its utmost with the service providers to reduce penalties under exceptional circumstances.

* 3R VOYAGES is under ARO insurance. Otherwise we ask all customers to take out an appropriate travel insurance with holiday medical and repatriation cover.
